Who we are
Ezberle is a memorization app for poems, scripts, definitions and speeches, made by Albovix. For the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), Albovix is the data controller. Contact: contact@albovix.com.
Stored on your device
The app saves this information locally so it works between sessions:
- The texts you add (title, source, the text itself) and how they are cut into passages
- Your study history: for every word, how often it was tested and how often you lost it; for every passage, when it comes up next
- Your settings: reminder time, daily limits, read-aloud speed, and the app-lock PIN (stored only as a salted hash)
- A random encryption key for the database, kept in the device's own secure store (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain)
- Backup files you create yourself, encrypted with a password you choose, saved wherever you point the system file dialog
This stays on your device and the developer cannot see it.
The database is encrypted on the device. If you have turned on your device's own backup (iCloud Backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android), the system may include the app's data in that backup under your own Apple or Google account. We have no access to it. Ezberle itself never sends it anywhere.
What we collect
Nothing. In particular, the app does not collect:
- your name, email or phone number
- your location
- advertising identifiers or any advertising data
- analytics or usage tracking
- crash reports
- your contacts, files or browsing history
Permissions
Notifications: only if you turn on the daily reminder in Settings. One local notification a day, scheduled on your device; nothing is sent to a server. You can turn it off at any time.
Camera: only when you choose "From a photo" and then "Take a photo of the page". The picture is used once, on the device, to recognise the text on the page; it is not stored and not uploaded.
Photos: only when you choose "Choose from your photos" to pick a picture of a page. On iOS this uses the system picker, so the app never sees your library, only the one picture you choose. The picture is used once, on the device, and not kept.
Third-party services
No third-party service receives your data from the app.
Web pages. Links such as this privacy policy open in your device's browser. The browser and the website follow their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
On your device. Uninstalling Ezberle deletes everything it stored on your device.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Under GDPR and KVKK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority, kvkk.gov.tr). Email contact@albovix.com; we reply within 30 days.
Because the app collects no personal data, there is normally nothing for us to give, correct or delete.
Children
Ezberle collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Security
Your data never leaves your device, where it is protected by your device's own security (passcode, encryption).
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Significant changes are also mentioned in the app's release notes.

Biz kimiz
Ezberle, Albovix tarafından geliştirilen şiir, replik, tanım ve konuşma metinleri için bir ezber uygulamasıdır. AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) bakımından veri sorumlusu: Albovix. İletişim: contact@albovix.com.
Cihazınızda saklananlar
Uygulama oturumlar arasında çalışabilmek için şunları cihazınızda saklar:
- Eklediğiniz metinler (başlık, kaynak, metnin kendisi) ve parçalara nasıl bölündüğü
- Çalışma geçmişiniz: her kelime için kaç kez sorulduğu ve kaç kez kaçırıldığı; her parça için sıradaki tekrar zamanı
- Ayarlarınız: hatırlatma saati, günlük sınırlar, sesli okuma hızı ve uygulama kilidi PIN'i (yalnızca tuzlanmış özeti saklanır)
- Veritabanı için rastgele bir şifreleme anahtarı; cihazın kendi güvenli deposunda (Android Keystore / iOS Anahtar Zinciri) durur
- Kendi oluşturduğunuz yedek dosyaları; seçtiğiniz parolayla şifrelenir ve sistem dosya penceresinde gösterdiğiniz yere kaydedilir
Bunlar cihazınızda kalır ve geliştirici tarafından görülemez.
Veritabanı cihazda şifrelidir. Cihazınızın kendi yedeklemesini (iPhone'da iCloud Yedekleme, Android'de Google yedeklemesi) açtıysanız sistem uygulama verisini kendi Apple veya Google hesabınız altındaki yedeğe ekleyebilir. Bu yedeğe bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Ezberle bu veriyi hiçbir yere göndermez.
Topladıklarımız
Hiçbir şey. Özellikle şunlar toplanmaz:
- adınız, e-postanız veya telefonunuz
- konumunuz
- reklam kimlikleri veya reklam verisi
- analitik veya kullanım takibi
- çökme raporları
- rehberiniz, dosyalarınız veya tarama geçmişiniz
İzinler
Bildirimler: yalnızca Ayarlar'dan günlük hatırlatmayı açarsanız. Günde bir yerel bildirim, cihazınızda planlanır; sunucuya hiçbir şey gönderilmez. İstediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
Kamera: yalnızca "Fotoğraftan al" ve ardından "Sayfanın fotoğrafını çek" seçtiğinizde. Fotoğraf, sayfadaki yazıyı tanımak için cihazda bir kez kullanılır; saklanmaz ve hiçbir yere yüklenmez.
Fotoğraflar: yalnızca bir sayfa fotoğrafı seçmek için "Fotoğraflarından seç" dediğinizde. iOS'ta sistemin seçicisi kullanılır; uygulama kitaplığınızı görmez, yalnızca seçtiğiniz tek fotoğrafı alır. Fotoğraf cihazda bir kez kullanılır ve saklanmaz.
Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Uygulamadan hiçbir üçüncü taraf hizmete veri gitmez.
Web sayfaları. Bu gizlilik politikası gibi bağlantılar cihazınızın tarayıcısında açılır. Tarayıcı ve web sitesi kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
Saklama ve silme
Cihazınızda. Ezberle uygulamasını kaldırmak, cihazınızda sakladığı her şeyi siler.
Haklarınız
Nerede yaşarsanız yaşayın, hakkınızda hangi verileri tuttuğumuzu öğrenmeyi, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin durdurulmasını isteyebilir, onayınızı istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında ayrıca veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, kvkk.gov.tr) şikâyet hakkınız vardır. contact@albovix.com adresine yazın; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
Uygulama kişisel veri toplamadığı için genellikle verebileceğimiz, düzeltebileceğimiz veya silebileceğimiz bir veri yoktur.
Çocuklar
Ezberle çocuklar dahil kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.
Güvenlik
Verileriniz cihazınızdan hiç çıkmaz; orada cihazınızın kendi güvenliğiyle (şifre, şifreleme) korunur.
Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Uygulama bu politikayı etkileyecek şekilde değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve üstteki tarih değişir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulamanın sürüm notlarında da belirtilir.
